• Generate business through branch walk-ins, customer referrals, and market sourcing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Cross-sell banking products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Home Loans.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify customer financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings and regular follow-ups to generate business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with branch staff and other departments for onboarding and service delivery.
• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt support to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
