Responsibilities

• Source new Current Account and Savings Account customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Achieve monthly and annual CASA acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote and sell banking products such as: Fixed Deposits (FDs), Insurance products, Debit/Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Digital Banking Services.
• Manage a portfolio of existing CASA customers; increase balances and transactions.
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential customers.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, traders, professionals, and corporate clients.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure proper KYC and account opening documentation.
• Follow regulatory and bank compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Assist customers with banking transactions and digital banking services.
• Provide regular account-related support.
• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Update CRM and lead management systems.
