• Acquire new High Net Worth (HNI) and affluent customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Royal/Privilege banking customers to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Drive CASA acquisition, liability growth, and portfolio expansion through customer sourcing and referrals.
• Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, Loans, and Investment Products.
• Provide personalized financial solutions based on customer requirements and financial goals.
• Manage customer portfolios and increase wallet share by deepening existing relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Coordinate with branch operations and service teams for smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
