We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CASA Sales Relationship Manager (RM) to acquire new customers and grow the CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, opening accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and market activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
• Ensure KYC and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
• Meet monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with branch staff for smooth onboarding of customers.
