Responsibilities:-


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government departments, agencies, and public sector organizations to promote the bank’s financial products and services.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector to achieve targeted growth and revenue objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to tailor financial solutions that meet the specific needs and compliance requirements of government clients.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal development, negotiation, and closure of government contracts and agreements.

  • Ensure strict adherence to government procurement policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal compliance standards throughout all transactions.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, government policies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and business development plans.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on government business performance, pipeline status, and risk assessments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, legal, and operations to facilitate smooth onboarding and servicing of government accounts.

  • Represent the bank at government forums, industry events, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.
