Responsibilities

• Lead generation at the time of account opening/service call to customers.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with Cluster head and staff to gain mind share on protection and annuity.
• Engage with bank staff at sites, present and promote life insurance solutions.
• Work with HNI clients for one-on-one selling and close sales with issuance follow-up.
• Increase bank customer awareness about life insurance solutions and target penetration for annuity and protection.
• Drive reward and recognition programs launched for bank staff.
• Train bank staff regularly on Annuity and Protection plans.
