Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive insurance sales through field activities. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and promoting life insurance and banking products during direct customer interactions.

You will generate business via field sales, referrals, and cold calls, while ensuring compliant documentation and coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in NBFC/BFSI or B2C sales is a plus.
• Strong field sales and direct customer acquisition exposure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and insurance regulations.

The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and driving insurance and banking product sales through direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through field sales activities, referrals, and cold calling
• Sell Insurance products: Health/Term Insurance to individual customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance and banking sales
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups in the field
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and service support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in NBFC/BFSI or B2C Vertical is plus.
• Strong exposure to field sales and direct customer acquisition
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
• Basic knowledge of financial products and insurance regulations
