Job summary

Manavi Wealth seeks a Relationship Manager to educate individuals and families on wealth creation, financial protection, and long-term planning. You will build trusted client relationships, educate on financial products, and drive lead generation and conversions through online and offline sessions.

You will collaborate with operations, grow your network via referrals and events, and aim to meet business and client acquisition targets while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field.
• Up to 2+ years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Financial Services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
• A self-driven, customer-focused, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of Manavi Wealth, helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions and move closer to their financial goals. You will educate, guide, and inspire clients while building trusted relationships that create long-term value

What you will be doing

Help people make better financial decisions

Guide clients on their financial journey

• Recommend suitable solutions including Mutual Funds, Health Insurance, Term Insurance, and other financial products.
• Help clients make informed decisions using Manavi Wealth's proven in-house proprietary approach.

Drive business growth and make an impact

• Generating and converting leads into long-term client relationships.
• Achieve agreed business and client acquisition goals.
