Invest Value Fintech is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio and drive business through cross-selling third-party products. The role collaborates with the manager to maximize reach and optimize portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate has a graduate or post-graduate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience and relevant certifications (NISM/AMFI/IRDA/PMS). A strong focus on client needs and compliant, ethical conduct is essential.

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• NISM, AMFI, IRDA or PMS certified.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to assess financial needs and cross-sell products.
• Review client data and align solutions to short- and long-term goals.
• Achieve product targets and cross-sell according to demographics, lifestyle and risk profiles.
• Grow the balance sheet and migrate clients to appropriate segments.
• Ensure compliance and manage risk by following policies and reporting issues.

Position Overview:

Relationship Manager is responsible for managing portfolio and generate business through cross sell of third -party products. RM will closely work along with manager for maximum reach and optimizing business on their existing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with clients to establish financial needs, understand client requirement and provide the best financial solution to their existing portfolio.
• Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review client personal data , align clients need through superior service thereby helping the clients reach short term and long term investment goals
• Achievement of product wise targets and cross sell products as per demographics, lifestyle and risk profiling
• Ensuring a steady granular balance-sheet growth and up migrating clients to the right segment
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation ,its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
