Shivalik Small Finance Bank in Delhi is seeking a field sales professional to acquire new CA/SA customers, build relationships, and drive business growth. You will map markets, generate leads, and ensure strict KYC and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service.

The role emphasizes cross-selling FD, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards, meeting CASA targets, and maintaining strong customer networks to sustain ongoing growth. Immediate joiner preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales and referrals.
• Drive CASA balances and achieve assigned business targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Cross-sell banking products such as FD, Insurance, Loans, and Credit Cards.
• Conduct market mapping, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
