• Act as the single point of contact for patients recommended for IVF treatment.
• Support patients across the life cycle from initial counselling to treatment initiation and completion.
• Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships through ongoing engagement.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with patients to encourage continuity of care.
• Schedule appointments and provide reminders at least one day prior to visits.
• Track and update patient visit status regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations, counselling sessions, and treatment decisions.
• Record patient feedback and follow-up outcomes systematically.
• Prepare periodic reports on patient engagement and follow-up status.
• Collaborate with doctors and internal teams to ensure effective patient handholding and engagement.
