Job summary

Oasis Fertility invites applications for the position of Junior Consultant – Fertility. The role supports clinical and operational fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other ART procedures, with patient consultation, treatment planning, cycle monitoring, and high standards of care.

You will work under supervision, coordinate with embryology, nursing, and lab teams, maintain patient records, participate in research activities, and stay updated on reproductive medicine advancements.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship/Training in Reproductive Medicine preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in fertility/IVF setup; freshers with relevant training may apply.
• Excellent communication and empathetic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient consultations, including medical history review and basic fertility assessment.
• Assist in planning and execution of fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, and ovulation induction.
• Monitor patients through ultrasound scans and hormone assessments.
• Support procedures like oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and IUI under supervision.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide counseling and guidance to patients regarding treatment options and protocols.
• Coordinate with embryologists, nursing staff, and lab teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient consultations, including medical history review and basic fertility assessment
