Job summary

Bajaj Life Insurance Limited invites dynamic professionals to join our bank-partnered sales team in Tamil Nadu. You will promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products to bank customers, building trusted relationships to drive referrals.

You will train bank staff to identify insurance opportunities, meet monthly/quarterly/annual targets, and participate in joint sales calls with bank employees to close policies, leveraging your field experience in life or general insurance sales.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
• 1–6 years of experience in life or general insurance sales.
• Prior experience in bank-partnered sales or institutional channels.
