Job summary

Shriram Life Insurance is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist bancassurance channels, drive sales opportunities, and support multiple locations with timely follow-up.

You will build strong relationships with bank staff and customers, ensure customer queries are resolved, and maintain compliance while reporting sales performance. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Sales Support

1. Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to facilitate bancassurance operations.
• Act as the point of contact for bank partners and customers.

2. Customer Service

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing timely support.
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by bank staff or customers.

3. Compliance and Reporting
