Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp invites applications for Relationship Manager – Secured & Unsecured Lending Business. You will drive growth in micro markets, empanel high-quality referral partners, and support end-to-end loan processing.

We seek a professional with 5+ years of experience in Home Loans / Mortgages, especially Retail Assets and Property secured lending. Strong interpersonal skills, a go-getter attitude, and ethical conduct are essential. Field presence and doorstep service are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Home Loans / Mortgages, including Loan Against Property.
• Experience in Retail Assets and Affordable segment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners for Micro LAP and secured lending.
• Generate leads and make daily sales calls as per plan.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and act as bridge between customers and branch.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard assets.

Relationship Manager – Secured & Unsecured Lending Business

Reporting to – Designation & Grade: Business Manager – Secured & Unsecured Lending Business

Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organisation’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organisation while working in the Market for new opportunities, competition information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.

Skills and Exposure

• A result oriented individual with Positive Mental Attitude with Integrity, willing to put hardwork.

Atleast 5 years experience in working in Retail Assets especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property business. Exposure to Affordable segment preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Be a Go – Getter.

Special Requirements (If any)

Working knowledge of Affordable Home Loans / Micro LAP business exposure, preferable.

Stake Holders

Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with Branch, State, Zonal teams

Educational Qualification / Technical Certification

Any Graduation / Plus 2 with relevant experience of more than 5 years in Home Loans / Affordable Mortgages Market.

Skill Sets

Experience in Home Loans / Mortgages Sales & distribution

Communication Skills

Good oral, written and presentation skills

Experience

5+ years of overall experience preferred in Mortgages industry, with atleast 2 years in Affordable segment preferred.
