SignatureTech is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager in India to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. You will act as the primary contact, identify growth opportunities, and ensure high-quality service that drives retention and revenue.

The ideal candidate has proven account management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and office productivity tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in account management, client relations or sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns and service requests.
• Understand client goals and business needs to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities while maintaining client trust.
• Monitor account health, satisfaction and engagement, and address risks proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Prepare regular account reviews, performance reports and forecasts for leadership.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity notes in the CRM system.
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid work authorization in the location of employment
