Responsibilities

• Gold Appraisal - assess purity, weight and value of gold ornaments
• Loan Processing - calculate eligible loan amount per policy and RBI guidelines
• Documentation - collect KYC documents, photos, valuation slips and loan forms
• Customer Service - explain interest rates, repayment options, and terms
• Compliance - ensure gold stored safely per norms and audit requirements

• Gold Appraisal - Accurately assess purity, weight and value of gold ornaments using testing machine, touchstone, karat meter
• Loan Processing - Calculate eligible loan amount as per company LTV policy and RBI guidelines
• Documentation - Collect KYC documents, take photos, fill valuation slips and loan forms
• Customer Service - Explain interest rates, repayment options, and loan terms to customers clearly
• Compliance - Ensure all gold is stored safely in vault as per company norms and audit requirements
• Record Keeping - Maintain daily valuation register and MIS reports

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years experience as Gold Loan Valuator in NBFC/Bank. Freshers with jewelry background can apply
