Job summary

CreditInsta Gurgaon is hiring Relationship Managers for its branch to drive client acquisition in Equity, F&O and Mutual Funds, with Insurance vertical involvement.

Role focuses on acquiring new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts, generating brokerage, and advising on market opportunities, SIP/MF investments. Immediate joiners preferred; walk-in and outbound calls handled.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; MBA/NISM/NCFM will be an added advantage.
• 2+ years experience in stock broking, banking, insurance or financial sales.
• Good knowledge of NSE/BSE markets, mutual funds and insurance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Local candidate from Gurgaon/Delhi NCR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts (Target: 10-15 Accounts / Month).
• Generate brokerage from Equity, F&O, and Commodity segments.
• Advise clients on market opportunities, portfolio review and SIP/MF investments.
• Handle walk-in clients and outbound calling on provided leads.
• Ensure KYC, compliance and zero client complaints.
• Cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS and Insurance.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 38,000 per month
• Incentives: 10% to 20% on net brokerage - No Capping
• Career Growth: Sr. RM / Team Leader / Branch Manager in 12-18 months based on performance
