Job summary

KrazyBee Services Limited in Chennai region is seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. This role focuses on generating new business, handling field sales, and building lasting relationships with customers.

The RM will work on individual contributor basis, aim to meet monthly targets, coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, and travel to assigned locations listed: Chengalpet, Coimbatore, Erode, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of LAP sales experience.
• Strong customer relationship and field sales skills.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of LAP product and lending processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate business for LAP products and expand customer base.
• Handle field sales and direct customer acquisition.
• Meet monthly sales targets and drive revenue.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing.
