King Rose Construction & Services is expanding its Bangalore office and seeks a Relationship Manager to drive growth and manage operations for U.S.-based staff and partners. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and coordinating cross-border projects from our Bengaluru location.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of client relationship experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years in Client Relationship Management, ideally with international exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during evening hours to align with U.S. time zones.
• Experience with international project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party service providers.
• Bridge communication between SMEs, U.S. teams, and clients to ensure clarity and timely delivery.
• Participate in requirements gathering and kickoff meetings.
• Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Position Overview:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving growth and managing operations. You will play a key role in supporting our U.S. operations from our Bangalore office and contribute to building strong client relationships and operational success.
