Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services in India is seeking a field-anchored banking professional to acquire CASA customers and meet branch targets.

You will cross-sell FD, insurance, mutual funds, loans and cards, maintain relationships with existing CASA customers, ensure KYC, coordinate with branch operations, and conduct market activities for lead generation.

The role requires strong communication, integrity, and a willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new CASA (Savings/Current Account) customers to meet branch targets.
• Cross-sell banking products (FD, insurance, mutual funds, loans, cards).
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing CASA customers.
• Ensure high-value account acquisition and portfolio quality.
• Meet daily/monthly sourcing and revenue targets.
• Conduct field visits/market activities for lead generation.
• Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance in account opening.
• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening and servicing.
• Track competitor products and market trends.
