Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Private Equity Regulatory Reporting Analyst to produce Annex IV/AIFMD reports and related regulatory submissions with high quality and on time.
You will liaise with clients, prepare draft reports, generate required formats, and support quarterly invoicing while expanding to FRAME and Form PF reporting as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, client service orientation, and teamwork across a global regulatory reporting function.

As a Private Equity Regulatory Reporting Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Annex IV/AIFMD Reports are produced to a high quality and submitted on time. The team is also expanding to other types of regulatory reporting for Private Funds such as Form PF and the UKs FRAME. This will involve:
