Job summary

Apex Group in India is seeking a Private Equity Regulatory Reporting Analyst to ensure Annex IV/AIFMD reports are accurate and timely. You will support additional reporting for Form PF and UK FRAME, liaising with clients on data needs and drafting reports for review.

You will maintain records, prepare quarterly invoices, and assist the wider regulatory reporting team. A finance/tech background with Excel mastery is ideal, with room to grow within a global firm.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
  • 1+ years’ experience in Banking or Finance is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accurate time management.
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; XML/VBA and database skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Annex IV/AIFMD reports are produced to a high quality and submitted on time.
  • Expand to other regulatory reports for Private Funds (Form PF, UK FRAME).
  • Liaise with clients on data and reporting obligations; prepare drafts for review/sign-off.
  • Generate reports in required formats and submit to authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and respond to client questions professionally.
  • Support production of all necessary reporting to regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of quarterly invoices.
  • Suggest process improvements and build strong relationships with clients.

Private Equity Regulatory Reporting Analyst Role Location: India Department: Regulatory Reporting, Apex Depositary (UK) Limited Employment Type: Permanent

The Role & Key Responsibilities
  • As a Private Equity Regulatory Reporting Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Annex IV/AIFMD Reports are produced to a high quality and submitted on time.
  • The team is also expanding to other types of regulatory reporting for Private Funds such as Form PF and the UKs FRAME.
  • This will involve: liaising with clients on data and reporting obligations, preparing draft reports for client review/sign off, generating the reports in the required formats, submitting reports to each relevant authority.
  • Additional responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records.
  • You are required to be a strong team player, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Support the production of all necessary reporting to the regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of quarterly invoices.
  • Respond to all client questions and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Support the wider Regulatory Reporting Team.
  • Suggest areas for improvement or efficiencies to processes.
  • Build excellent working relationships with other team members and clients.
Skills Required
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a similar related field
  • 1+ years’ experience in Banking or Finance Sector is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Attention to detail

  • Work under pressure and deadlines
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • MS Office, specifically Excel
  • An understanding of XML files VBA and data base skills preferred but not mandatory
