Job summary

The Apex Group in India is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting professional to join a global, client-focused team. The role requires leading IFRS/US GAAP reporting, mentoring a team in a high-volume environment, and ensuring 100% accuracy while driving policy improvements.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in Financial Reporting with qualifications such as CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA(Finance) or CFA, and strong MS Excel/Word skills. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

In your first few weeks in this Financial Services role, you can expect to:

• Work closely with the Process Head and executive management to drive collaborative and effective policy development and implementations
• Develop, document, and institute procedures to make FR process more efficient and standardized, saving time and money
• Manage a team in a high-volume, deadline, and production-driven environment while maintaining 100% accuracy
• Provide ongoing and continuous training, motivation, and development of all team members to maintain high client service standards.

To apply for this Financial Reporting role, you will need a professional qualification, CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specialising in Accounting. You will also require the following:

• 12+ years in Financial Reporting
• Experience in Financial Reporting in Hedge Funds/Private Equity/Alternative Investment Service
• Experience in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
