Job summary

Safran is seeking a Regrouping Engineer M/F in Hyderabad, India to manage inbound/outbound flows in the Accumulation warehouse for engine components. You will ensure accurate receiving in SAP (EWM) and physical stock, maintain traceability, and support 5S/kaizen improvements.

The candidate should have a Graduate Engineer background (Aeronautics/Diploma/AME) with 4–6 years in aviation warehousing, plus strong teamwork and problem-solving skills and experience with SAP EWM and stock finance

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer in Aeronautics or Diploma in Engineering/AME with 4–6 years of experience.
• Aviation warehouse experience is required (minimum 3 years).
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Numeracy and finance understanding for stock management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Execute the In and Out flow of Accumulation warehouse (Part dissemble from Engine).
• Receive and process all incoming materials in system (SAP) and physically.
• Keep end users updated with concerned material reception.
• Ensure every material is identified and kept in dedicated locations to maintain traceability.
• Monitor 100% accuracy in picking against the pick list.
• Check receipt parts and do packing/protection for storage.
• Binning and kitting as per sequence.
• Manage improvement drives such as 5S, kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
