The Regional Manager Nephrology is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading and growing Wockhardt’s nephrology portfolio in the assigned region. This role includes planning and executing regional sales and marketing strategies for nephrology products, including dialysis and transplant-related therapies, in alignment with national objectives. The Regional Manager will manage and mentor a team of field professionals, oversee territory performance, and build strong relationships with nephrologists, dialysis centers, transplant units, and key hospital stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include monitoring regional performance, conducting regular market visits, organizing continuing medical education (CME) and educational programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product launches, pricing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
