The Nephrologist will provide comprehensive kidney care services, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and follow-up care for patients with acute and chronic renal conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, planning and supervising dialysis (including hemodialysis), managing transplant-related kidney issues, and coordinating multidisciplinary care. The role involves close collaboration with other specialists, participation in clinical protocols, and contribution to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Teaching and mentoring junior medical staff, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to hospital policies and evidence-based guidelines are expected. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Noida, within the Kailash Healthcare network.
