Job summary

Angel One seeks a Regional Training Manager in Jaipur to create and execute regional training strategies for onboarding clients and partners. You will design and deliver workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training in collaboration with Content & Product teams.

You will monitor training effectiveness, update content regularly, and coordinate events and seminars to accelerate product onboarding and activation across regions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development.

What you will do:

• Create a comprehensive regional training strategy that aligns with the requirements of the acquisition team as well as prospective and onboarded clients
• Design, develop, and deliver relevant training content, including workshops, e-learning
• modules, on-the-job training, in conjunction with Content & Product teams
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback,
• assessments, and performance metrics.
• Continuously update training materials and methodologies to ensure they are current,
• relevant, and aligned with industry best practices while staying informed about
• Industry trends, best practices, and market intelligence to enhance training programs
• Collect feedback from customers during training sessions and collaborate with relevant
• Teams to improve product onboarding and activation processes
• Coordinate, plan & executing key BTL activities - Events (conferences, seminars etc)

Who You Are

• Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
• Organizing experience for events & seminars
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• In depth knowledge of financial / equity Market
• Ability to coordinate & lead
• Languages - English & regional language.
