Job summary

Purplle.com is seeking a Training Specialist for its Beauty Advisors and retail teams in Kerala to deliver engaging product and skill-based training, ensuring strong understanding of beauty products, techniques, and brand standards. Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product and skill-based training programs for Beauty Advisors and retail teams, ensuring strong understanding of beauty products, techniques, and brand standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate classroom as well as on-the-job coaching sessions to improve team performance.
• Build and enhance product knowledge, selling skills, customer service excellence, and grooming standards among beauty professionals.
• Monitor trainee progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide regular feedback and performance improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and retail teams to support new product launches, drive capability development, and ensure consistent execution of training initiatives across locations.
