Base locations are Bangalore and Hyderabad, with extensive travel for training, client engagement, and business development. The role demands minimum 5 years of skincare training, CIDESCO/CIBTAC certifications, and strong communication and SOP development skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional skincare brand training experience.
• CIDESCO and/or CIBTAC certification in face and body treatments required.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments, ingredients and protocols.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain SOPs for treatments and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional training sessions for skincare brand education.

Beachy Keen Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., distributor of Phytomer, a luxury marine skincare brand from France with over 55 years of heritage and a presence in more than 80 countries, is seeking experienced Regional Training Managers / Brand Trainers to join its team.

• Professional Training Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in professional skincare brand training.
• Professional Qualifications: CIDESCO and/or CIBTAC certification in both face and body treatments is mandatory.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of professional skincare, facial treatments, product formulations, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Training & Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, demonstration, and organisational skills.
• SOP Development: Ability to develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for treatments and training.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel extensively for training, client engagement, and business development.
• Digital & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software for reporting, client management, and training coordination.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with clients, five-star hotels, luxury resorts, and hospitality partners while supporting retail sales growth.
• Team Collaboration: Adherence to organisational policies, professional conduct, and effective coordination with internal teams.
• Digital Content Creation: Ability to create short, professional reels and educational videos highlighting products, ingredients, benefits, and brand knowledge.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with luxury skincare and professional brands.
• Exposure to premium hospitality properties, five-star hotels spa, luxury resorts, salons and clinics.
• Experience in professional skincare education, consultation, treatment demonstrations, trainings, and retail sales development.
• Experienced in doing events or Brand Days at the location.
