Qualifications

• 2+ years of training experience within premium skincare, beauty, cosmetics, wellness or luxury retail brands.
• Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of skincare ingredients, actives and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual training sessions for Beauty Advisors and store staff across regions.
• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) at stores and inductions for new joiners.
• Develop easy-to-understand training materials, product guides and quizzes.
• Provide real-time coaching on cross-selling, up-selling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with KAM, Sales/Marketing, Operations and store managers to align trainings.

Role Overview

Trainer will be responsible for recruitment, training & coaching the BA & Store Staff team. It will include enhancing the product knowledge, selling skills, skincare consultation expertise and customer experience standards of Beauty Advisors (BAs), Store Teams and Retail Partners through virtual and in-store training interventions. Drive sales productivity, brand advocacy and service excellence across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training

• Conduct virtual training sessions for Beauty Advisors and retail staff across regions.
• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) at stores.
• Execute induction programs for new joiners.
• Facilitate advanced skincare consultation and product recommendation workshops/Master class.

2. Product & Category Education

• Product ingredients and key actives
• Skin concerns and skin types
• Product benefits and usage routines
• Competitive brand comparisons
• New product launches
• Develop easy-to-understand training materials and product guides.

3. On-the-Job Coaching

• Cross-selling and up-selling
• Achieving sales targets
• Provide real-time feedback and action plans.

4. Training Content Development

Create: Training modules, Virtual learning content, Product launch PPTs, Quiz assessments

5. Stakeholder Management

• KAM team, Sales/Marketing team, Operations team, Store managers

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

2+ years of experience in Training within premium skincare, beauty, cosmetics, wellness, or luxury retail brands.
