Job summary
Equitas Small Finance Bank invites applications for Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler. You will be responsible for PBT for the Region/Division/Zone and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual TW sales targets by driving retail and wholesale sales through dealers and channel partners in Tamil Nadu.
You will identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends, and lead a high-performing team to ensure portfolio quality, timely repayments, and adherence to the business plan in the Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities
- PBT [Profit before Tax] for the Region / Division / Zone for Two-Wheeler
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual TW sales targets for the assigned region.
- Deliver , Advances growth, by managing disbursement as per Business Plan
- Drive retail and wholesale sales performance through dealers and channel partners
- Identify growth opportunities and expand market penetration in existing and new territories
- Monitor competition activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
- To build a high performing team , maintain Manage & ensure SO Productivity
- PDD tracking for loan disbursed
- Manage and monitor the portfolio quality and follow up with ED cases for timely resolution
- Ensure First time Right [FTR] for all the cases sourced with NIL queries & disbursement without any queries at CPC
- New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team
