Counton is seeking a dynamic textile sales professional in India to own regional growth. You will build territory plans, develop a qualified pipeline of knitting mills and textile groups, and lead meetings with owners and heads of production to understand their needs.

You will arrange on-site demonstrations and trials with our technical team, negotiate orders, and protect margins while expanding local agent networks. Willingness to travel across the region is essential.

Win new knitting mills and textile groups in your region: find them, earn the first meeting, run the trial on their floor and close the order. You own a region and a number.

What you will do

• Build a territory plan and a qualified pipeline of knitting mills and textile groups.
• Meet owners, directors, production and quality heads; understand their problem first.
• Arrange demonstrations and trials on the customer's own machines, with our technical team.

• Keep the CRM honest and share what you learn about customers and competitors.

Who we are looking for

• Route A — textile sales: knitting or textile machinery, needles, sinkers, lubricants, spinning/weaving machinery or textile consumables.
• Route B — industrial sales: capital equipment, automation, robotics, machine tools, packaging or inspection systems sold to factories. Textile experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Either way: a sales target you owned and achieved, and customers you won yourself — not only inherited accounts.
• Comfortable explaining a technical product in rupees saved.
• Willing to travel extensively across your region.
