Job summary

Aerolam Insulations is seeking a Regional Sales Manager West to lead and grow sales across the Western region, including Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage regional sales teams, drive growth, and build strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, architects, and project customers.

The role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in building material sales, excellent negotiation skills, and willingness to travel 7–10 days per month across the South region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales experience in MEP/HVAC/Insulation/PEB/Roofing sectors.
• Proven track record in leading a sales team and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
