Position: Regional Sales Manager (South) Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Business Head

Required: who will also be admin head for Hyd. Should have led a team of 8-10 members across South India. Should have B2B sales experience in equipment/durables. MBA.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (South) to drive business growth across South India while also overseeing the administrative operations of the Hyderabad office. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic sales expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the South region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while expanding the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports to management.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team of 810 members spread across South India.
• Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and drive team productivity.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and continuous feedback.

Administration Hyderabad Office

• Oversee the overall administration and smooth functioning of the Hyderabad office.
• Ensure effective management of office facilities, infrastructure, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless administrative support for business operations.
