Job summary

Meril is seeking a Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager – Capital Sales (MISSO- Ortho Robotics) to drive the commercialization of orthopaedic robotic systems in Mumbai. You will lead regional sales initiatives, build a strong hospital network, and manage capital deals while coordinating with surgeons and hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Medical Device / Capital Equipment Sales.
• Experience in Robotics, Surgical Platforms, Imaging, or other high-value capital equipment preferred.
• Strong network with hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, and procurement stakeholders.
• Experience in managing complex and long-cycle sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and solution-selling skills.
• Ability to engage with C-suite hospital leadership and demonstrate ROI/value propositions.

• Coordinate with internal sales, clinical, and product teams to ensure effective execution of regional business plans.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive regional business growth.

Requirement -
