You will identify and recruit new franchisees in your designated region and lead a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and ensure strong market presence. Pharma experience is not mandatory, but strong B2B sales and dealer/franchisee handling experience are required to drive growth in our rapidly expanding pharma-tech organization across India.
