Overview

Regional Product Manager – Molecular Imaging role at GE HealthCare. You will be responsible for driving business success with a degree of autonomy within standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review based on sales performance and may involve managing a medium-sized sales territory.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive premium segment for Molecular Imaging (MI) product portfolio in the North India region.
• Work with KOLs to drive mindshare and win rates across GE HealthCare's MI product range.
• Drive quarterly and annual business outcomes with an understanding of market dynamics.
• Deliver assigned order, sales and profitability targets and increase market share.
• Collaborate with the GE HealthCare Direct Sales team covering the assigned territory to enhance visibility and segment growth.
• Work with Government teams to increase bid participation and win rate.
• Provide periodic product training to GE HealthCare Commercial teams on product updates and GTM initiatives.
• Continuously stay updated on GE HealthCare product advancements, competitor products and positioning strategies, and GTM.
• Share regular feedback on market dynamics and recommend action points to address market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to develop regional KOLs focused on clinical outcomes and differentiators.
• Willingness to travel on short notice (expected 70% or more of travel time).
• Achieve business growth outcomes in alignment with GE HealthCare policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required; MSc or BSc in Molecular Imaging preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Clinical Applications, Sales, or Product Management, preferably within the Diagnostic Imaging business with a focus on Molecular Imaging or Oncology.
