• Sales planning and tracking: manage team of 20 on-role and 35 off-role members to achieve goals set by management.
• Track region daily numbers with allocated team.

• Sales Planning and Tracking: Need to Manage Team of 20 On role and 35 Off Role Members to Achieve Goals Set by Management.
• Need to track with daily Numbers of Region with Allocated Team

Qualifications and Experience

• Post graduates with relevant sales experience of 5-6 years (also graduates with experience of 8-10 years may apply)
• Post graduates with relevant sales experience of 5-6 years (also graduates with experience of 5-6 years may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience
• Prior relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience of Personal Loans, Business Loans / loans against / purchase of commercial properties
• Demonstrated success achievement orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong bias for action driving results in a high performance environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead from the front
• Excellent relationship skills
• Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability
• High motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
