Avenue Supermart Ltd. seeks a Regional Manager Civil Maintenance to oversee civil maintenance across the retail stores in the assigned region.

You will lead engineers, supervisors and technicians, conduct regular store visits, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues to minimise disruptions. Role requires 14+ years in civil maintenance, strong vendor-management skills, and willingness to travel across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 14 years in civil maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise civil maintenance across all retail stores in the region.
• Conduct regular store visits to inspect civil infrastructure and maintenance work.
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and minimise store disruptions.
• Monitor activities related to flooring, walls, ceilings, roofing, drainage, painting and other civil works.
• Coordinate with store managers, regional teams, contractors and vendors for smooth operations.
• Oversee repair/renovation projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Monitor budgets and control repair costs; optimise resource use.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare periodic maintenance reports and regional performance updates.

Regional Manager Civil Maintenance

Responsible for managing civil maintenance acvies across all retail stores within the assigned
region.
Lead, supervise, and manage the civil maintenance team, including engineers, supervisors, and
technicians.
Conduct regular store visits to inspect civil infrastructure, maintenance standards, and ongoing
repair work.
Ensure ¢mely resolu¢on of civil maintenance complaints and minimise store opera¢onal
disrup¢ons.
Monitor maintenance ac¢vi¢es related to ooring, walls, ceilings, roong, drainage, pain¢ng, and
other civil works.
Plan and execute preven¢ve and correc¢ve maintenance ac¢vi¢es across all stores.
Coordinate with store managers, regional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth
maintenance opera¢ons.
Manage repair and renova¢on projects, ensuring quality standards and ¢mely comple¢on.
Monitor maintenance budgets, control repair costs, and ensure op¢mum u¢lisa¢on of resources.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable statutory
requirements.
Conduct regular inspec¢ons and audits to iden¢fy infrastructure issues and recommend correc¢ve
ac¢ons.
Handle vendor management, work alloca¢on, performance monitoring, and contractor
coordina¢on.
Prepare and submit periodic maintenance reports, expense statements, and regional performance
updates to management.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region for store visits, maintenance
inspec¢ons, and project reviews is essen¢al.

Key Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, 14 yrs relevant experience in civil maintenance team-handling
skills, strong vendor-management capabili¢es, and willingness to travel extensively across multiple
store locations.
