Job summary

GVK EMRI (UP) Pvt Ltd is seeking a Regional Manager (RM) in the Operations division to lead regional teams, drive performance, and ensure efficient EMS services across districts. The RM will manage Program Managers and EMEs, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and oversee finances and regional expansion plans.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership and coordination with government authorities, partners, and IEC activities to enhance service delivery and regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Inspiring Leadership with high degree of integrity, passion, ownership and commitment.
• Strategic orientation to lead the teams to exceed the performance matrix of all roles.
• Shall be professional in behavior with employees and stakeholders4Ensuring effective functioning of PMs, EMEs as per their JD and Performance matrix.
• 5.Developing the strategic plan for serving maximum number of emergencies in the region and execute the plan through the Team.
• 6.Ensuring the District wise strategies are planned to serve the emergencies and disseminated to the team to follow.
• 7.Representing the Region in all the business review meetings.
• 8.Handling the team of Program Managers and EMEs.
• 9.Organizing the beneficiary meets and participating in events where GVK EMRI can create awareness about the services.
• 10.Participating in Stakeholder Meetings.
• 11.Conducting monthly regional review meetings.
• 12.Shall play a key role in the event of expansions concerning to the Region.
• 13.Developing plans for strengthening interface with the Partners in the region.
• 14.Owns the finances of the region, including OT sanctioning.
• 15.Responsible for sharing best practices between the districts.
• 16.Responsible for standardization of services across the districts.
• 17.Managing the key drivers across the districts for optimization of services like, Trips, Response Time, UAD, SNR, VB, Fuel efficiency, Ambulance Uptime, IEC activities etc.
• 18.Periodic review of the performance of PM, EME and feed back to the team.
• 19.Motivating the team through periodic coaching and mentoring.
• 20.Monitoring the overall cost factors such as Shift Deployed and OT permitted, Fuel efficiency, Maintenance cost, communication cost, Travel Expenses etc.
• 21.Explore opportunity for External Trainings like FR, ALS, BLS etc at Regional level.
• 22.Periodic Visit of Ambulances in Hospitals and Locations as per the tour plan approved.
• 23.Tracking PM-wise Performance and submit periodic reports.
• 24.Help PMs to plan their Ambulance Visits and approve the plan.
• 25.Problem solving and trouble shooting in the Region.
• 26.Aligning the Regional operations to the strategic planning suggested by the CEO/Head Operations.
• 27.Strategic positioning of vehicles ensuring optimal coverage of the geography. This includes suggesting Hot Spots aiming at reducing the response time.
• 28.Monitoring Vehicle Busy, failed Transport (UAD), SNR and other performance Parameters of all Districts and ensure that they are well within planned28aSharing Action Taken Reports on Compliance, Contractual Measures with Analytics, Finance, HR, CEO and Analysis there from, besides the action plan for the forthcoming day, week, month.
• 29.Media interaction with regard to operations in the Region. Ensuring coverage of major milestones of Regional Operations and other press notes as shared by IEC team.
• 30.Custodian of GVK EMRI & 108 brands for the Region.
• 31.Develops comprehensive awareness building plan for the Region including Demonstrations, Contact programs & other IEC activities in consultation with IEC Team.
• 32.Induct, groom, Motivate, Counsel, guide and mentor the team members as per need.
• 33.Liasoning with Govt Authorities for their support and information sharing.
• 34.Should interface with necessary Support functions (FLCBs) in State head office for facilitating the smooth execution of operations.
• 35.Handling people related issues like, validating EM Care & other R&R nominations, Disciplinary issues, OT payment etc.
• 36.Handling major caller concern and closures with due reporting and documentation.
• 37.Approving nominations for rewards & Recognitions.
• 38.Responsible for Preventive and corrective actions in quality concerns.
• 39.Engage professionally with local Partners, Vendors, and Medical Fraternity other Govt Agencies to ensure smooth operation and Cost optimization.
• 40.Dissemination of information related to policies and ensuring high levels of process compliance on the field.
• 41.Ensuring the team comply with Training Plan/Schedule.
• 42.Supporting HR team for recruiting EMEs or PMs or any other positions.
• 43.Coordinating with ERC for smooth interface with field team and optimizing the response time.
• 44.Responsible for activities related to fleet like: Lowest CPKM (Cost per KM of Operation) and highest up time of Ambulances.
• 45.Monitoring the cost and quality of Ambulance Repair periodically
• 46.Identify/ Sourcing of Vendors for Vehicle Maintenance, oxygen refilling and Diesel Filling in their Region
• 47.To comply with any other advice/ instruction given by Seniors/Management from time to time
• 48.Securing EDD Data from Hospitals, ASHA Workers and sharing with Analytics, ERC
• 49.Securing Village Mapping, Hospital Data for ERC Database and sharing with IT, ERC Team
• 50.HOT SPOT Identification and Relocation and confirmation (with data) to Analytics, ERC.
