Job summary

Lenskart.com in Punjab is seeking a Cluster Optometry Lead to drive performance across regional stores, leading a team of optometrists and staff. You will steer complex projects, ensure KPI attainment, and collaborate with HR, operations, and the Lenskart Academy.

The role requires travel, strategic people development, and accountability for regional optometry and dispensing functions with a focus on growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as team leader in retail
• Strong project management and delegation skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Ability to interpret and communicate specifications and results clearly
• Experience leading cluster optometrists and store staff to achieve goals
• Proven track record of achieving regional KPIs and sales targets
• Accountable for regional Optometry and dispensing functions
• Able to assess business opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively
• Experience handling attrition and manpower planning via campus referrals
• Collaborates with HR, Lenskart Academy and Operations to meet output goals
• Daily performance review with cluster optometrist team

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop cluster optometrists and store staff
• Achieve regional sales targets and quarterly KPIs
• Oversee Optometry and dispensing functions across the region
• Assess and evaluate business opportunities both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Manage attrition and manpower planning through referrals and campus programs
• Collaborate with HR, Lenskart Academy and Operations to achieve outputs
• Conduct daily reviews with the cluster optometrist team to track performance

• Leading, directing, evaluating, and developing the cluster optometrists and store staff to achieve their goals
• Achieving regional sales target and other quarterly KPIs
• Accountable for overall regions Optometry and dispensing functions
• Assesses and evaluates business opportunities both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Handle Optometrist attrition and manpower planning by driving referrals and campus programs at Optometry colleges
