Responsibilities

• Consolidate and monitor industrial air division results; develop regional business plans and targets.
• Identify new business, lost business, and preventive measures; expand market share.
• Appoint and develop distributors; manage territory and after-market support.
• Support major accounts, lead sales and after-market teams, and enhance customer relationships.
• Improve price realization; manage receivables and costs; maintain market intelligence.

Your role

Key objective of the position is to continue the growth of the business with strong customer focus and manage to achieve the KPI ‘s set from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationally consolidate and closely follow-up the results for Industrial Air Division, develop business plans and set targets for region in line with strategy from Business Line Manager of respective division.
• Develop "New Business" opportunities for all products and services.- Identify "Lost Business", and develop appropriate preventive measure.
• Better coverage of market through direct and indirect resources and increase market share.
• Appoint new distributors and develop them to operate independently.
• Territory Management.
• Guide and provide full support to after market team and help them to use their full potential.
• Support Key Account Managers to handle major accounts in the region.
• Develop, motivate and lead the team of sales and after market personnel.
• Increase price realization.
• Ability to manage receivables and control cost.
• Develop and maintain up to date market place intelligence.
• Report and conduct investigation into customer complaints
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels.
• Consistently analyse the business across the region, including customer spending to analyse & understand actual market share
• Develop the competency levels of regional team.

To succeed, you will need

• The candidate will have clear demonstrated success in the management of people, customer accounts and significant achievement in market growth.
• Strong experience in selling of compressors. Minimum 10 years of experience in Equipment Sales
• Engineering educational background and MBA qualification will be an advantage
• Sound understanding of compressor technique busines
• Strong sales techniques and communication skill
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools with desire to learn new system
