Infosys is seeking a professional to manage civil and interior works for large commercial office campuses in Bengaluru. The role involves executing Civil Interior works, coordinating with MEP, and ensuring timely project completion.

The candidate should review designs, evaluate vendor proposals, and drive adoption of updated standards and green guidelines within projects. Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external teams are essential.

• Thorough knowledge and experience of Civil Interiors works in a campus like setup.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.

• Manage other Infrastructure related works.
• Upgrade standards and specification to aligned codes and green guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Manage the project work for execution, and completion of works related to civil and interiors for large commercial office buildings/campuses.

Job Summary

Manage the project work for execution, and completion of works related to civil and interiors for large commercial office buildings/campuses.

Management/Execution of Civil Interior Works, supporting MEP works for projects in line with design intent, for successful and timely completion of the projects.

Design review/optimization of Civil/Interiors/Structural related MEP designs, specifications and Bill of Quantities for both new and refurbishment type of projects.

Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendations.

Upgrade standards and specification on period basis to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines).

Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses.

Applicant should have thorough knowledge and experience of Civil Interiors works in a campus like setup.

Manage other Infrastructure related works.

Strong project management and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
