Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Patna region is seeking an HR professional to plan and execute regional HR activities, manage personnel records, and ensure statutory compliance. The role involves reviewing HR systems, manpower planning, and coordinating with HO HRD.

You will orient employees to policies, strengthen relations, and travel to Bihar branches as needed to support regional operations and welfare initiatives.

Qualifications

• Plan & execute HR functions and activities adhering to Regional HR budget drawn up at beginning of Financial year from HO HRD.
• Ongoing personnel administration for the region: Maintaining and updating database and records of regional employees, maintenance of registers and disciplinary processes, joining, exits, etc.
• Ongoing review of HR systems: Manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training & development, succession & career planning, welfare activities, personnel administration, HR automation, employee relations & communication, separations, disciplinary procedures for the region.
• Orient employees to company policies, procedures, develop role clarity and strengthen interpersonal relations through communiqués and programs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory procedures.
• Review and communicate with branches and RO on contract manpower, HR policies, newsletters, employees, statutory compliances, etc., plus motivational and welfare activities for the region.
• Travelling to the branches allocated in Bihar region.
