Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Regional Head for North/West/South to drive business growth across assigned geographies with Anchors and MSME/SME customers.

You will own revenue targets, lead regional teams, and expand partnerships in supply chain finance and working capital offerings. The role requires strong sales, relationship-building, and market knowledge to scale business across geographies and manage cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Bank / NBFC / Fintech
• Exposure to Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital Finance
• Experience in SME/Mid-Corporate segments preferred

• Drive acquisition of MSME/SME customers across platform and on-balance-sheet businesses
• Lead acquisition of anchors for standalone programs and supply chain finance offerings
• Build and expand a regional pipeline through partnerships and market engagement
• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Drive cross-sell of products to maximize wallet share
• Build, manage, and develop regional teams
• Strengthen relationships with anchors, partners and internal stakeholders
• Represent the organization in regional market engagements and partnerships

Job Description Regional Head (North / West / South)

Location: Gurugram / Mumbai / Bengaluru
Number of Positions: 3

Role Purpose

The Regional Head will be responsible for driving business growth across the assigned geography. The role involves new customer and anchor acquisition, ownership of revenue targets, and driving cross-sell opportunities across supply chain finance and working capital products.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Business Growth & Acquisition

• Drive acquisition of new MSME/SME customers across platform and on-balance-sheet businesses
• Lead acquisition of new anchors for standalone programs and supply chain finance offerings
• Build and expand a strong regional pipeline through partnerships and market engagement

Revenue & Target Ownership

• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Drive cross-sell of products to maximize wallet share

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Build, manage, and develop high-performing regional teams
• Strengthen relationships with anchors, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Represent the organization in regional market engagements and partnerships

Skills, Competencies & Attributes

Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of MSME/SME credit parameters (mandatory)
• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Working Capital Finance products (mandatory)

Candidate Profile

Experience
