is seeking a Regional Head to drive business growth across North, West and South geographies, lead anchor acquisitions, and own revenue targets with cross-sell across supply chain finance and working capital offerings. You will build and expand regional pipelines, manage high-performing teams, and strengthen relationships with anchors, partners, and internal stakeholders while representing the company in market engagements.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Bank/NBFC/Fintech
• Exposure to Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Finance, and SME/Mid-Corporate segments preferred

• Lead acquisition of new anchors for standalone programs and supply chain finance offerings

Role Purpose

The Regional Head will be responsible for driving business growth across the assigned geography. The role involves new customer and anchor acquisition, ownership of revenue targets, and driving cross-sell opportunities across supply chain finance and working capital products.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Business Growth & Acquisition

• Drive acquisition of new MSME/SME customers across platform and on-balance-sheet businesses
• Lead acquisition of new anchors for standalone programs and supply chain finance offerings
• Build and expand a strong regional pipeline through partnerships and market engagement

Revenue & Target Ownership

• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Drive cross-sell of products to maximize wallet share

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Build, manage, and develop high-performing regional teams

Technical / Functional Skills

Candidate Profile

Experience
