Job summary

Yes Bank seeks a Regional Facility Manager in Kolkata to oversee infrastructure and maintenance of critical equipment, drive cost control, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams. The role emphasizes KPI/SLA adherence, reporting, and branch facility oversight.

Responsibilities include audits, MIS reporting, business continuity support, and regular branch visits with the MM team from HO. Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint and ISO standards is desired.

Qualifications

• Proficient in budgeting and spend tracking with timely closure of infra issues.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and MIS.
• Experience in facilities management of multiple branches or offices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive stature with Business Leadership and provide timely infrastructure updates.
• Install and maintain critical equipment (AC, AHUs, earth pits, electrical gear).
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure KPI/SLA targets are met.
• Track and publish MIS on RNM spend and activities at branch level.
• Support business continuity and audit responses for the IFM portfolio.
• Conduct regular branch facility visits and vendor reviews.

Job Description for Regional Facility Manager

• Maintain Good & positive stature with Business Leadership with timely inputs and updates regarding infrastructure & maintenance.
• Pro-active in ensuring proper installation & maintenance of critical equipment like AC, Earth Pits, AHUs , other Electrical equipment & accessories related to Business function.
• Effective Business Communication & fostering Positive work environment with the stake holders
• Knowledge of Budgeting / spend tracking & timely closure of critical infra issues with rationale on the cost spent.
• Coordinating with BM/DBM for smooth functioning of Branches
• Ensure Yes Serve/Help desk call tracker to be followed up, all open calls to be closed in close coordination with respective vendors and MM Team from HO. Ensuring no call to be beyond TAT.
• Tracking and publishing of the MIS on weekly/monthly RNM spent and various activities at branch level.
• Ensure Quarterly reviews with vendors/service providers to ensure KPI/SLA are met or exceeded.
• Support for Business continuity during Crisis situations.
• Identify and implement best practices in the industry and cost saving initiatives.
• Responsible for handling audit related queries for the IFM facility Management portfolio in the region
• Ensure close coordination with Projects, REM Team for any new branch handover
• Ensure regular branch visits for Quality facilities audit and 100% branch visits every quarter.
• Vendor Management development via monthly review meetings and two-way feedback mechanism
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance of all critical equipment’s in coordination in MM team.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge on Implementation of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2015 audits.
• Monitoring and verifying monthly HK bills which includes Manpower, consumables and conveyance.
• Issuance of POs to vendors for works such as Chairs procurement, RNM works and other branch related works.
• Processing of Vendor bills such as coffee Vending machines, Pest control and Courier vendors.
• Timely Generation & submission of Reports, updates & observations as desired by the Mgmt.
