GlaxoSmithKline in Mumbai seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end CFA warehousing operations, ensuring EHS, quality and financial compliance. You will lead audits, CAPA management and change controls while partnering with CFAs and LSPs to optimize costs and service.
The role requires extensive experience in warehousing, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement through digital tools and training across India.

Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, transportation, and distribution operations.
Experience in managing Carrying & Forwarding Agents (CFAs), third-party logistics partners, and warehouse service providers.
Understanding of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), and financial compliance requirements.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably CERPS.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and people management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
