Job summary

Cars24 in Gurugram is looking for a customer support executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, understand queries and provide accurate resolutions, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will record and update customer information in the CRM, follow up on open issues until closure, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions. Must have strong communication and basic computer skills, and prior customer support experience.
